RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

At Exzy Designz we produce limited-run, one-off streetwear pieces. Because our items are released in "drops," our return process differs slightly from traditional retail stores.

The Australian Consumer Law (Your Rights)
Our return policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a major fault (e.g., a manufacturing defect, incorrect graphic, or significant material failure), you are entitled to your choice of:
• A full refund.

• A replacement (if stock is available).

• A store credit.

No Change of Mind or Size Exchanges
As our collections are released in highly limited drops and one-off quantities, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
• Change of mind.

• Incorrect size selection.

• Incorrect colour or style choice.

Please refer to the Size Guide:
To ensure you get the perfect fit, a detailed Size Guide is provided on the size chart page located at the bottom of our website. We strongly recommend measuring a similar garment you already own and comparing it against our charts before completing your purchase. Once a drop is sold out, we do not hold additional stock to facilitate size swaps.

Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and item selection at checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to sizes or items due to the speed of our fulfilment process and limited stock availability.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email designz.exzy@gmail.com with the following:
1. Your Order Number.

2. Photos of the item.

3. Reason for the return.

Shipping Costs
If an item is deemed faulty, Exzy Designz will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Afterpay, etc.) within 10 business days.
