Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Pricing and Payments
• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

• We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

• Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

• We accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay & all major credit and debit cards.

Shipping and Delivery
• We ship from Brisbane, Australia.

• Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. Exzy Designz is not liable for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., Australia Post).

• Risk of Loss: Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address.

Returns and Exchanges
• Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, please contact designz.exzy@gmail.com with photos. We will fulfil our obligations under the ACL to provide a remedy.

Limitation of Liability

Limited Releases & One-off items
•Our collections are released as limited "drops" Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these items are one-off releases and will not be restocked once sold out.

No Cart Reservation
•Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the item. A sale is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.

Availability
•Due to high traffic during release periods, technical delays may occur. In the rare event that an item is oversold, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Governing Law
•These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
